Digital Products
All sales are final: Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
This is standard for digital goods, as access cannot be revoked once the files are sent.
Exceptions
We will, of course, make it right if:
- You receive the wrong file.
- There is a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase.
- The file is corrupted or incomplete.
In these rare cases, please email us at hello@spiritedsouls.co with your order details, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly either by replacing the file or, if necessary, issuing a refund.
